About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our TPM organization. Our mission is to improve engineering velocity, and you will act as a force multiplier on mission-critical, large, complex initiatives with a high degree of cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a balance of software engineering expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive programs that align with both technical and business goals.

Who You Are:

Technical depth to fully comprehend the nuances of software architecture, design and implementation in Cloud / SaaS / Enterprise domain.

8+ years of experience in TPM or Engineering management, with a focus on software development or infrastructure.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments.

Effective at developing roadmaps, able to guide teams through planning activities.

Strong analytical mindset, brings data-driven decision making to drive program improvements.

Experience with risk and dependency management, prioritization, conflict resolution, and change management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana).

Experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence domain, ideally AI / LLM exposure.

Technical background (e.g., former engineer, technical degree).

Certifications in project management (e.g., SAFe).
