Underpaid? is a salary transparency tool built for Indian tech and non-tech professionals.
Salary conversations in India are still taboo. Most professionals have no idea how their compensation compares to peers at similar companies and levels. This leads to information asymmetry that benefits employers at the expense of employees.
We're changing that with a simple exchange: you share your anonymous salary data, and we tell you where you stand. Every submission makes the data more accurate for everyone.
How It Works

Data Quality
We use statistical outlier detection (IQR method) to flag and exclude unrealistic submissions. Company pages only appear once a company has at least 3 verified submissions. We rate-limit submissions to prevent spam.
Open & Anonymous
We never collect names, emails, or any personally identifiable information. We don't track you across the web. The data is used solely to calculate salary statistics.
