As a Financial Analyst, you will assist with financial planning and budgeting, analyze financial statements and be responsible for the support and maintenance of our FP&A and Accounting systems, build and validate multiple reports for the Finance teams, make sure various integrations are supported and maintained, and keep up-to-date knowledge of system needs for customization and integration. The ideal candidate is passionate about Fictiv, has strong financial knowledge and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will have the opportunity to interact with multiple finance and technical teams across Fictiv, providing a broad exposure to the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Be responsible for the support, planning, analysis, and delivery of our key financial tools, as well as running and maintaining their integration with other Fictiv’s systems.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the planning tools are up and running and to ensure minimal downtime.
Assist with the recurring forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close.
Automate data retrieval tasks via reports & dashboards.
Lead or participate in the development and implementation of new systems and new reports and administer those reports going forward.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of existing business application architecture, including integrations and data structures.
