ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Central GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping Notion’s global go-to-market strategy and operating system. This role sits at the center of how the business measures performance, identifies risk, allocates resources, and scales revenue efficiently. You’ll partner closely with GTM Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, BizTech, Data, and Marketing teams to drive high-impact strategic initiatives and operational rigor across the GTM organization.

You will own the systems, analyses, and performance narratives leadership uses to steer the business — from weekly forecast calls to long-range productivity modeling, target setting, and organizational design. You’ll operate across both strategy and execution: designing frameworks, building scalable models and automations, surfacing actionable insights, and operationalizing major GTM initiatives globally. You’ll also lead end-to-end strategic projects tied to critical GTM priorities across areas like segmentation, productivity uplift, account viability & TAM analysis, post-sales target setting & KPI selection, organizational scaling, and forecast accuracy.
