Yes. We never collect your name, email, or phone number when you submit a salary. Each submission is tied only to a random device ID used to prevent spam — it can't identify you.
How accurate is the salary data?+
All data is crowdsourced from real professionals across India. We use statistical outlier detection to filter unrealistic entries, and company pages only appear once they have at least 3 submissions. It's directional, real-world data — not an official benchmark.
How is my percentile calculated?+
We compare your total CTC (fixed + variable) against everyone else who submitted for the same role, then show what percentage you earn more than. Your own submission is always included.
Is it free to use?+

Where do the job listings come from?+
Jobs are aggregated from companies' public career pages and link directly to the official application. Companies can request removal of any listing.
